The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of providing the services described below.

The Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG) is seeking to determine the availability and technical capability of all business (including small businesses and, but not limited to the following subsets: HUBZone; Certified 8(a); Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required services identified below.

REQUIRED SERVICES: The RIANG Medical Group requires high-speed commercial internet in North Kingstown, RI 02852. The primary necessity is to provide the Medical Group with high-speed commercial internet access to connect to AFNET via a VPN site to site appliance. The contractor shall supply the site with a dedicated commercial internet line to the DEMARC point located within the building that provides full-duplex 1Gbps fiber with static public IPs available. The contractor shall also supply all necessary equipment, such as a router, to interface the local network to the internet service provider (ISP). The contractor shall perform installation of network equipment in coordination with RIANG personnel.

It is anticipated that the requirement will be issued on a firm fixed price basis, with a five-year period of performance (one base year and 4 options years). Period of performance is anticipated to begin in the November 2022 timeframe.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: If your organization has the potential capability to perform these services, submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten (10) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. Capability Statement shall include the following information:

1) Organization name, organization address as registered in SAM, Cage Code/DUNS Number, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and

2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Please note that under a Small-Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, the small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work themselves in terms of the cost of performance. Provide an explanation of your company’s ability to perform at least 50% of the required services.

All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.
