Description

Except where otherwise stated. The Contractor shall furnish all labor,

supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities,

transportation, and incidental engineering, and other items necessary to

provide the services outlined below and described in this Performance

Work Statement (PWS) at Naval Station Newport. The contractor shall

support all outlying installations areas under its NVSTAs umbrella. This

HVAC contract is Performance-based that is comprised of both Recurring

Work (FFP) and Non-Recurring (IDIQ) Work Items.
