RIAC will offer two (2) dates (weather permitting) to attend one (1) mandatory Pre-Proposal Site Tour of the facility at the Block Island State Airport terminal beginning at 11:00AM, Local Time, and to review the RFP and entertain any questions. However, if transportation to the island is unavailable, RIAC reserves the right to cancel one (1) Pre-Proposal Site Tour. The Pre-Proposal Site Tour will be held at Block Island State Airport terminal, New Shoreham, RI. Ferry Schedule available at: http://www.blockislandferry.com/scheduletraditional.htm.
