RIAC will conduct a pre-proposal meeting/site tour on March 8, 2023 at 11:00AM in the Grant Room, Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport Terminal, Second Level, 2000 Post Road, Warwick, RI 02886. Attendance for this meeting will be taken promptly at 11:00AM, and all parties will be required to state their name and the name of their firm. Site Visit attendees shall complete and send the Visitor Badge Application, which can be found as Attachment A, to procurement@pvdairport.com no later than 2:00PM March 6, 2023. Attendance at this preproposal meeting is highly encouraged. |
