Complete project 650-24-105, "Repoint & Repair Buildings at the Harwood Research Center" in accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work (SOW), attachments and clauses.

AMENDMENT 01 - corrects 'NAICS 236220 found on the SAM.gov posting, and on page 5 of the solicitation. NAICS has been changed to 238140 "Masonry Contractors" as it appears on block 10 of the SF1442 solicitation. This procurement is set aside 100% for SDVOSBs under NAICS 238140. The amendment has been attached to this posting, as well as an updated SF1442. For details, see the full amendment and attachments below.



AMENDMENT 02 - adds four additional attachments. Site Walk Sign-in Sheet, RFI Log, Specifications, & Additional Documents. The latter containing: Safety Manual, Construction Specifications for Infection Control, Infection Control Construction Permit, Fire/Smoke Wall Penetratin Permit, Interim Life Safety Procedures, & Prevention of False Fire Alarms document.
