The purpose of this amendement is to change the required delivery from "required delivery for all items is 90 days ARO" to "Required delivery should be within 150 days".





This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System

(NAICS) Code is 334419. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis, CIAO brand Amplifiers, which are detailed below. Required delivery for all items is 90 days ARO, F.O.B. Destination, Naval Station

Newport, RI. For the purposes of quoting to this opportunity, the Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure is identified

in the attached RFQ.
