This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/).
The NAICS code is 541910 and the Small Business Standard is $22.5 million. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contact.
The Naval War College (NWC), Office of Institutional Effectiveness has a requirement to conduct a diverse array of assessment and research projects in support of ongoing internal institutional assessments related to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction of Officer Professional Military Education Policy (CJCSI-OPMEP), the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education New England Association of Schools and Colleges (CIHE-NEASC), and other entities.
This action is to fulfill the Naval War College’s continued need for custom research services.
It is imperative the data collected from these research services augment historical information collected from previous studies.
