Justification & Approval for Level II Armed Guard services in direct support of Federally Declared Disaster DR-4753-RI- Rhode Island severe storms, flooding, and tornadoes.



Per DHS Guidelines, Armed guard services are needed immediately upon the opening of field offices in support of disaster survivors.
